About the Job


We are seeking for a passionate Fleet Manager to join our carsharing team in the above listed countries. You’ll be working on the launch of a new business vertical, Ride, maintaining its highest level of quality ,supervising the on street local operations team and impacting the strategy of our car fleet,.

  • Managing and supervising the local operations team.
  • Monitoring your team's daily KPIs and performance, and coming up with ways to improve their efficiency.
  • Supporting expansion to new cities.
  • Cooperating with country-wide partners and key local partners. Including vendors and vehicle repair shops.
  • Managing the process of in-fleeting and de-fleeting our cars.
  • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing, repair and inspection. Including documenting claims and accidents


You are Required

  • To have 3+ years’ experience in fleet management, preferably in: car rental or car sharing industry.
  • Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Prospective fleet manager are expected to have a place they can carry out their inspection particularly in Africa, as this will be key requirements passing thhrough the interview process.
  • Discipline, attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Passion for cars.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Hustler attitude - not stopping after 30 obstacles a day!
  • Excellent communication skills in English and your local official Language.

    Extra Credits Available for
